Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Timelines 

It takes between 2-7 business days to fulfill your order. We use standard shipping rates from carriers such as USPS, Fedex, UPS, and DHL. We do not make any money off of our handling or shipping fees.

 

Order Fails to be Delivered

If your order fails to be delivered because the address provide is incorrect, incomplete, or the carrier could not find the location, the carrier will return our package to the originating shipping warehouse. We will notify you of this failure to coordinate a re-shipment to you.

If the issue is beyond your control, (ie. you provided all correct information and carrier did not leave at your location), we will reship to you free of charge. However, if the information you provided is incorrect, incomplete, or ambiguous (ie. You did not leave a note with a gate code to enter your neighborhood), then we will ask you to pay for the reshipment charges. If you opt out of receiving your product, we will provide you a store credit for your item cost (minus shipping fees). We do not issue refunds as most orders are made on demand.

  

Package was Damaged

We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.

Our customer service team will reach out to you via email and ask you to share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.

Please see our Return Policy for timeframe in which you have to make your return claim.

 

Package was Lost

If your package was lost, and the tracking number and related information showed the package was delivered by the carrier, we will coordinate with you and the carrier to file a claim with the carrier. If the item is less than $50.00 (USD), and we determined the carrier was at fault, we will go ahead and reship your product(s) free of charge. We will handle this issue on a case-by-case basis as this is a very rare occurrence credible carriers will willfully lost your package without any resolution.
